Role Description Shermco Industries is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include monitoring invoices, collecting payments, reconciling accounts, managing a team of accounts receivable specialists, and preparing detailed financial reports. The manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications Strong foundation in accounts receivable management, financial reporting, and reconciliationProficiency in accounting software and tools, with solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirementsLeadership experience, including team management, performance evaluation, and trainingExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in the industrial or energy sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is requiredRelevant certifications, such as CPA or CMA, are highly desirable
