Follows the Quality Management Systemdesignated work instructions and procedures to ensure a quality productis manufactured.Position DetailsPosted: April 13, 2026Type: Full-Time / On-SiteLocation: 5338 West 21 St, Suite 100, Wichita, KS 67205, USAResponsibilities Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment,appliances, and more according to directions Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, and thenbuild to those specifications Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machinemaintenance, and product inconsistencies Maintain equipment and conveyors, and perform basic repairs whenneeded Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; contact materials handler ifsupplies are needed Periodically check products per company policy to ensure quality anduniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alertsupervisor Make decisions regarding product acceptance per productdocumentation and company workmanship criteria Confer with organizational team members at all levels to discussissues, coordinate activities or resolve problems. Work closely with shop floor supervision and other employees Maintain applicable skills, knowledge, and certifications asRequired Perform other related duties as assignedSkills Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple prioritiesand shifting time requirements Understand and interpret design data (Drawings, Bills Of Material,etc.) Ability to effectively communicate in small and large groupenvironments Detail-oriented and consistent Ability to use a computerThe Department of Health and Human Services, Transparency in CoverageRule, requires health plans to create a member-facing price comparisontool and post publicly available machine-readable files. These filesmust be updated monthly and include in-network negotiated payment ratesand historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services,including prescription drugs.
