We proudly manufacture in Europe, North America, and China to provide strong regional and global supply chain options for our customers.Summary As a Material Handler at DSG-Canusa, you are essential to maintaining the smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse and production operations. This role directly supports business performance by ensuring materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered efficiently and accurately, while upholding strict adherence to safety standards and established operating procedures.ResponsibilitiesWork in full compliance with all company safety and health guidelines to maintain a safe workplaceConduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of forklifts and assigned equipmentExecute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and issuing materialsLoad and unload inbound and outbound shipments accuratelyTransport materials between trucks, warehouse storage areas, and production locationsOptimize warehouse space through proper pallet organization and consolidationUse and update the ERP system to maintain accurate records in accordance with SOPsEnsure inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentationFollow pull lists to support production and kitting activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflowOperate reach trucks and/or order pickers to retrieve materials from racking systemsOperate industrial forklifts to move materials and assist with loading activitiesPerform daily cycle counts and support inventory reconciliationComplete other duties as assigned by the supervisor or managerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredProven ability to safely operate all the following: forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickersStrong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining inventory accuracyBasic math skills to support counting and reconciliation tasksProficiency with basic computer systems, including ERP systemsDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyEffective verbal and electronic communication skillsCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvementSelf-motivated, reliable, and safety-focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in an environment with moving equipment and moderate to high noise levelsWhy Join Mattr?
