Marie, West Branch, Manistique, Ludington, Gaylord, Bad Axe, Presque Isle, Harrisville, Iron Mountain, Grand Rapids, and NewberryWork schedule varies by location (1–4 days per week needed depending on location)Option to work half-days (4 hours) and/or full days (8 hours)PRN basis, ongoing opportunityOne-time non‐treatment CP exams and separation health assessmentsExams are primarily interview‐based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testingNo prescribing or treatment involvedQuick credentialing and onboarding processAcceptable specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or anyone with background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pensionMust be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditionsOwn a laptop (no Mac/Apple products allowed)Must maintain active and unrestricted full license in MichiganMust be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certifiedLocal candidates only (travel included in rates)Follow‐up administrative work required (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics)One-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first examsCompensationCompetitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.#J-18808-Ljbffr
