Receptionist (Evening)
The Receptionist plays pivotal role in our outpatient Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Program, taking on duties which involve both receptionist responsibilities and some minor office management tasks. We are looking to fill this role in a part-time capacity for the following dates and times: Tuesday, 4:30-8:30pm and Wednesday & Friday, 4:30-7:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceptional Customer Experience:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage appointments, schedules, and assist with clients.
2. Office Management:
Oversee minor day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance as required.
Collaborate with staff to support administrative needs and facilitate effective communication.
3. Coordination of Meetings and Events:
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.
Assist in organizing events or training sessions as required.
4. Professional Development:
Actively participate in training and skill-building opportunities to enhance administrative and managerial capabilities.
Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience, preferably in substance use disorder treatment or healthcare setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on new challenges.
