Summary WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time Front desk clerk The hourly rate for this role is $21.25 per hour We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our Guest Experience team as a front desk clerk WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE? Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, and issuing room keys according to established procedures. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and room assignments. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and welcoming attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
