This is a full-time, in-office position built for a true industry professional — someone who has spent a minimum of 5 years serving in a senior escrow officer role and loves the pace, the people, and the process.We run a fast-moving, high-volume operation and we need someone who doesn't just keep up — they set the pace. What You'll DoOwn and manage an active pipeline of escrow files from open to close — independently and efficientlyRead, analyze, and clear title commitments — resolving exceptions and keeping transactions on scheduleServe as the primary point of contact for real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers — protecting and strengthening those relationships with every transactionPrepare and review ALTA settlement statements, closing disclosures, and disbursements with precisionAnticipate problems before they become delays and communicate proactively with all partiesThrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look the sameManage your time, your pipeline, and your day with confidence and independenceMaintain full compliance with state regulations and company policies across every file What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in a senior escrow officer role — requiredExpert-level ability to read, interpret, and clear title commitments and title exceptionsProven track record managing a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and professionalismStrong numerical aptitude — ALTA settlement statements, HUD-1s, and disbursements are second natureA relationship-first mindset — you know that agents have choices, and you make sure they always choose youExceptional time management and people skills — you can juggle dozens of files and still make every client feel like the only oneSelf-directed, deadline-driven, and accountableSoftPro experience is a huge plus and will move your application to the top of the list Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000+ based on experiencePaid Vacation & Sick Time401(k)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceA collaborative, in-office team environment in one of Tennessee's most sought-after cities This Is an In-Office PositionThis role is performed fully in-office at our Franklin, TN location — right in the heart of one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the Southeast.
