Moving & Warehouse Manager (Team Leader) Su Casa Home Staging & Redesign Su Casa Home Staging & Redesign is an established, award-winning home staging company looking for a reliable leader to manage our moving team and warehouse operations. Our company stages homes daily, and this position is essential to keeping projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, shows up consistently, and can lead a team with confidence. This is not just a moving job — it’s a leadership role. What This Role Is Responsible For Leading our moving and staging installation team Ensuring trucks are loaded correctly and efficiently each day Keeping the warehouse organized and inventory flowing Managing staging installations and removals Training and guiding team members Maintaining company trucks and equipment Solving problems quickly on staging days Keeping the team productive and on schedule What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You show up on time and expect the same from your team You are organized and take ownership of your work You are comfortable leading others and giving direction You work well in a fast-paced environment You are dependable and people trust you to follow through You can balance physical work with team leadership Experience We’re Looking For Team lead, foreman, or supervisor experience Moving, logistics, warehouse, or furniture installation experience Ability to drive box trucks (preferred) Valid driver’s license with good driving record Ability to lift and move furniture regularly About Our Company Su Casa has been staging homes for over 15 years and works with top realtors, investors, and homeowners.
