You get systems built for your business, owned by you, that deliver ongoing ROI.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAlign AI Solutions is looking for a software development intern to help build and support AI-powered applications, workflow automations, and client-facing tools. This role would be a good fit for someone interested in AI, software development, integrations, and product-building.\n\nHelpful skills/interests:\n\nJavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar\nFrontend/backend development basics\nUnderstanding of iterative design principles\nAPIs and integrations\nComfort learning new tools quickly\nInterest in AI, automation, and real-world business workflows\nInterested in using the latest AI technologies\nAdditional Details:\nPay Range: $15/hr\nSchedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday\nLength of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand\nLocation: Bentonville, Arkansas\nOur Must Haves:\nCurrent Arkansas state resident\nAbility to pass a standard background check\nAbility to work 40 hours a week, following the three-month internship\nAbility to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship\nHigh curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career\nTechnical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know\nHow does the interview process work? Apprenticely will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. Apprenticely will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate’s skills and interests.
