It is best suited for someone who is confident prospecting, building relationships, and developing their own book of business.What You'll DoIdentify and prospect new commercial clientsConduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person prospectingBuild relationships with property managers, facility managers, construction companies, commercial real estate professionals, HOAs, and other decision-makersIdentify opportunities for security guard, mobile patrol, fire watch, and security camera monitoring servicesSchedule meetings and site walks with prospective clientsWork with our operations and management teams to develop proposals and pricingFollow up on proposals and move opportunities through the sales processMaintain relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand existing accountsTrack leads, opportunities, and follow-up activity in our CRMWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with cold calling and outbound prospectingSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPersistent and organized with follow-upB2B sales experience preferredExperience in security, commercial real estate, property management, construction, facilities, or another service-based industry is a plusExisting relationships with commercial property decision-makers are a major plusCompensationThis is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.Compensation is directly tied to the accounts and revenue you generate.
