Director of Sales Training & EnablementRemote | Anywhere in the U.S.Bilingual Spanish/English RequiredCompensation Base Salary: $100,000 Bonus Potential: $25,000–$50,000 annually Full Benefits Package IncludedAbout The OpportunityA rapidly growing national immigration law firm is seeking a Director of Sales Training & Enablement to build and scale a world-class sales training infrastructure for a high-performing consultative sales organization.This role is ideal for someone who has built training programs in high-ticket B2C sales environments where trust, expertise, and consultative conversations drive revenue.The sales organization has grown from 30 to 100 team members in the last year, and this leader will play a critical role in improving onboarding, conversion performance, coaching systems, and sales enablement strategy.Industry experience is flexible. Candidates from legal services, financial services, coaching, healthcare, luxury services, or other high-ticket consultative B2C environments are encouraged to apply.What You’ll OwnSales Training & Enablement Rebuild and optimize consultation scripts and sales frameworks Develop objection-handling playbooks for pricing, timing, risk, and qualification concerns Create tailored talk tracks for different client profiles and buyer personas Keep training materials updated as policies and market conditions evolveOnboarding & Certification Design a structured onboarding and ramp-up program for new hires Build milestone-based certification processes tied to competency and performance Reduce ramp time while improving consultation quality and conversion ratesCoaching & Performance Development Conduct regular call reviews and coaching sessions Evaluate tone, pacing, qualification, urgency creation, and closing effectiveness Deliver actionable feedback to individual reps and team leaders Partner with leadership to build a consistent coaching culture across the organizationWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Experience 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or revenue enablement 2+ years building or leading enablement programs Experience in high-ticket consultative B2C sales environments with $10K+ average deal sizes Strong background developing scripts, frameworks, and objection-handling systems Experience analyzing recorded sales calls and building training from real sales data Bilingual Spanish/English requiredPreferred Backgrounds Legal services Financial services Professional services Healthcare or other trust-sensitive consultative sales environmentsKey Skills Strong coaching and diagnostic ability Excellent written communication and training documentation skills Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting sales performance metrics Ability to drive accountability and measurable sales improvement Comfortable working with fast-growing teams in a high-performance environmentBenefits Health Insurance – employer-paid coverage Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO Maternity & Paternity Leave Fully Remote OpportunityLocation: Remote – anywhere in the United States Must be comfortable managing and coaching teams based in South America,
