Manufacturing Assembly Associate

The Company Richway was established in 1973 and is still going strong. We have a diverse product line within three different industries: Agricultural, Industrial, and Construction. Our construction division is on pace to have its best year yet. The Position We're seeking an experienced Assembly Team Member. The right candidate will be eager to learn new tasks and will be willing to jump into whatever department is in need. They will be flexible and a team player. The position is Monday - Friday first shift. The key job responsibilities would be: Skills and Qualifications · Willing to float between areas of assembly starting with our Plastic Department · Familiar with a variety of hand tools · Some heavy lifting · Always looking for ways to improve production processes · Attention to detail · Maintain a clean and safe environment Benefits · Flexible schedule - All positions are 1st shift but your start time is flexible between the hours of 6:00 am - 8:30 am.
