Job Title: AV Systems EngineerLocation: San Antonio, TXType: Direct HirePosition Summary:As an AV Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our audio/visual systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining state-of-the-art equipment, supporting our healthcare professionals and patients.Responsibilities:Design, install, and maintain audio/visual systems, including projectors, screens, microphones, and speakers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment.Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.Develop and implement Python scripts to automate tasks and streamline troubleshooting processes.Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to integrate AV systems with other technologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.Qualifications:2+ years of experience working with audio/visual equipment, including troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining.Proven experience with at least one of the following: Microflex, Dante, Tesira.Prior experience working with Extron products.Proficiency in Python scripting for Extron troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
