For more information, visit www.CompoSecure.com and www.GetArculus.com.\n\nPosition Overview\nThis position is responsible for the documentation and follow-through of all external, internal or supplier non-conformities and for the creation, documentation, document retention and dissemination of all product or customer specific acceptance criteria. A related responsibility is the coordination of internal quality training projects, including general communication of root cause and corrective action to originating process and follow up on correction actions and acceptance criteria. In addition, this position is responsible to assess individual process acceptance criteria, modify or create the same when necessary and train operators in its use. Responsible for all quality communications with internal departments, outside vendors, card associations and customers at the direction of Management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, document and maintain the document retention of all Product and/or Customer specific acceptance criteria.\n\nDefine and/or understand acceptable limits for output quality at each production process.\n\nDocument output quality limits for each production process and create guides for ease or understanding of these limits by the operators.\n\nAssess the application and effectiveness of process output quality by operators.\n\nRecord, assign and follow-up on all internal, supplier and external non-conformity reports.\n\nLog and report on all non-conformances.\n\nResponsible for Quality System development and maintenance.\n\nProvide timely corrective action responses and resolutions to all quality situations.\n\nOther Important Responsibilities\n\nIncoming control of material and sub-contractor goods, as needed.\n\nDevelop, implement and maintain Quality System procedures, work instructions and forms, as required.\n\nEstablish, document and maintain the calibration program for all test equipment and necessary production equipment.\n\nParticipate in the management of material and sub-contractor specifications.\n\nParticipate in weekly project update meetings regarding New Product Design projects as it relates to quality procedures.\n\nHandle related email correspondence and fill in on follow-up items when other office personnel are absent (as needed).\n\nOther miscellaneous duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nA minimum 5 to 10 years (or more) of relevant experience\n\nBachelor's Degree in any Engineering, Science or Mathematics discipline, a plus.\n\nASQ certifications in Quality Management, tools, etc., a plus.\n\nEducational focus on statistics, a plus.\n\nAbility to relate to employees and understand their needs;\n\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written;\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work;\n\nExcellent time management skills;\n\nTask oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load;\n\nEnthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative;\n\nExcellent problem solving skills; and\n\nHigh level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Project, Visio and Outlook.\n\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\n\nMust be able to lift 50 lbs;\n\nMust be able to sustain office work for 8+ hours per day including the following:\n\nSitting in an office chair\n\nTyping\n\nReaching for the telephone\n\nStanding at office equipment\n\nHearing for phone use\n\nSight for computer use\n\nMust be able to sustain factory work as needed including the following:\n\nStanding at machinery\n\nReaching and pulling to operate machinery\n\nSight for machinery operation\n\nWalking through shop\n\nOffice environment is of moderate noise level.\n\nShop noise levels are such that protective ear-coverings are recommended.\n\nWeekends and night hours, as required to support problem resolutions.\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, Dental & Vision Coverage\n\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)\n\nCompany-Paid Life and Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) with Company Match\n\nPaid Time Off & Paid Holidays\n\nAnnual Bonus Opportunities\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\nCareer Advancement Opportunities\n\nBenefits eligibility and details will be shared during the hiring process.
