The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery, equipment, and the overall facility to ensure smooth operations. *Responsibilities* - Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly - Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or malfunctions - Fabricate parts as needed for repairs - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations - Maintain accurate maintenance records *Requirements* - Proficiency in electrical systems and low voltage equipment - Experience installing and troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems,components, and PLC problems - Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with staff - Knowledge of ammeters and other diagnostic tools - Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or field service is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Experience: Mechanic experience: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Batavia, IL 60510: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
