The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and precision.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience\n2+ years of professional experience in project management, field supervision, or estimating/pre-construction roles for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor\nWorking knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and estimating for construction trades (all disciplines)\nStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs\nSolid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills\nThe physical demands of this position must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for an extended period of time and frequently stand and walk\nThe employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel: and reach with hands and arms; talk and hear\nResponsibilities\nTheProject Coordinator assists the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in leading project management staff and coordinating activities across multiple teams for assigned construction project(s).\nThis position supports oversight of project administrative functions, including contract administration, procurement, document management, and financial and risk management, using tools such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office to maintain schedules, track budgets, and manage construction plans, blueprints, and contracts.\nAssist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and updating timelines regularly to support field operations from start-up through completion/closeout.\nHelp monitor project budgets and costs, and prepare financial and progress reports for project leadership and other stakeholders.\nFacilitate communication among stakeholders by preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports, and support quality control and compliance with construction regulations and safety standards on all active sites.\nAssist in managing project documentation, including construction plans, regulatory compliance records, and change orders, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.\nThe employee will occasionally lift and/or move office equipment up to 20 pounds.
