Finance and Accounting Manager

A growing biotechnology company focused on advancing innovative cancer therapies is expanding its US finance team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting US operations while partnering with international finance leadership.The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the US entity, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and effective financial planning.
