Working under the direction of the Director of Operations and alongside skilled tradespeople, the Project Manager will be responsible for overall management and success of the project as well as client satisfaction and profitability goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead multifamily residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.\nNegotiate contracts and manage subcontractor and vendor performance.\nCollaborate with field staff to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule.\nMonitor project costs, process invoices and payment applications, and forecast financial performance.\nEnsure quality standards, safety requirements, and building code compliance are met.\nServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.\nManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.\nIdentify project risks, develop solutions, and proactively resolve challenges.\nLead project teams while fostering a collaborative, positive, and accountable work environment.\nQualifications:\n1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.\n2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in multi-family new construction or real estate development.\n3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from initiation to completion.\n4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulatory requirements.\n5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n6. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as BlueBeam, Fieldwire, Procore, DropBox, Smartsheet, Building Connected, Timberscan and Microsoft Office.\n7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n8. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.\nBenefits:\n1.
