In return, we offer the opportunity to develop your career in an entrepreneurial, nimble, and dynamic organization.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesAbility to implement complex UI/UX designs with responsive and accessible interfaces.\r\nExperience with Redux and immutable state data flows is a plus.\r\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for high-quality, performant code.\r\nParticipating in the development process starting with definition, and continuing through design, build, test, release, and maintenance\r\nUnderstanding end-user requirements, then translating those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions\r\nParticipating in joint design and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative and original ideas to our products\r\nDesigning and developing both simple workflow and complex logic applications that effectively interact to provide a streamlined and friendly user experience\r\nCollaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems\r\nSuccessfully delivering on-time solutions to challenging problems\r\nProvide hands-on leadership, working closely with developers to solve technical challenges.\r\nWork effectively in a change-controlled environment, adhering to best practices.\r\nMaintain confidentiality, especially concerning sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.Requirements (dependent on level and experience)3+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on Angular (v12+).\r\nProficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.\r\nStrong understanding of component-based architecture and design patterns.\r\nExpertise in state management with NgRx and reactive programming.\r\nSkilled in creating reusable and maintainable component libraries.\r\nExtensive experience with RESTful services and API integration.\r\nDeep knowledge of client-side validation and form management.\r\nSolid grasp of JSON handling and data transformation.\r\nExperience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and traditional project management approaches.\r\nFamiliarity with modeling, source control, configuration management, and testing tools.\r\nHealthcare IT experience is a plus, including familiarity with clinical data and workflows.Technical Skills.NET Framework (C#)\r\nAngular/ JavaScript frameworks\r\nProficiency in modern CSS and HTML, with a strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles\r\nTechnical SkillsBS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceConfidentiality\r\nThis position will handle highly confidential information that is protected by Federal and State HIPAA laws and company policies.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nMust be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, or move objects.\r\nMental/Visual Demands\r\nNormal mental and visual demands based on the flow of work.\r\nTravel\r\nInfrequent travel\r\nThe level at which an employee is appointed for this role will be dependent on their experience and skills.
