You’ll lead a small team of engineers and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other technical experts to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the development of secure, scalable digital solutions on AWS, ensuring alignment with platform standards.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance and uphold best practices across cross-functional teams.\nPartner with the Product Lead to design solutions for business use cases using established patterns.\nAct as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.\nManage backlog, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning for timely delivery.\nBecome a Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentoring team members and promoting consistent platform use.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAWS Expertise: Deep experience with Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, and AWS CDK.\nWorkflow Orchestration: Experience with Orkes/Conductor, Step Functions, or similar orchestration concepts.\nBackend Development: Strong skills in TypeScript (Node.js) and Python.\nFrontend Frameworks: Familiarity with React or Angular.\nDatabase Systems: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.\nCI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline.\nIntegration & Security: Strong understanding of OAuth2, authentication flows, and API security.\nData Platforms: Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms is desirable.\nProven ability to lead teams, deliver in Agile environments, and produce technical documentation.\nExcellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and version control (Git).\nNice to Have\nExperience with SAP or other ERP platforms and integration approaches.\nExposure to AI/ML workflows.\nAbility to contribute to platform strategy and solution design.\nReady to lead and innovate?
