The Program Manager serves as the primary Government interface and is responsible for overall contract execution, stakeholder engagement, staffing, quality assurance, risk management, financial performance, and achievement of mission outcomes across cybersecurity architecture, engineering, compliance, and modernization initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide executive leadership for all contract activities and deliverables.\nServe as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and stakeholders.\nManage a multidisciplinary cybersecurity workforce supporting architecture, engineering, AI, C-SCRM, BETSIE/CDM, and knowledge management functions.\nDirect program planning, staffing, risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting.\nEnsure delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives aligned to VA strategic objectives.\nLead program governance activities, executive briefings, and customer engagements.\nOversee quality management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence activities.\nCoordinate technical priorities across architecture, engineering, risk management, and modernization efforts.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of Information Security experience.\nMinimum 5 years supporting cybersecurity and cloud security programs at a large Federal agency or enterprise environment.\nExperience leading programs supporting agencies comparable in size and complexity to VA, DoD, IRS, or GSA.\nExperience with FedRAMP, RMF, ATO, cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, and cloud modernization initiatives.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related discipline.\nAcceptable Bachelor's degree substitution- IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III certification may substitute for a relevant bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience.\n\nOne or more of the following certifications:\n\nPMP\nIAT Level III\nIAM Level III\nIASAE Level III\n\nTotal Rewards Statement\n\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
