You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners, leverage modern development tools and AI technologies, and make a tangible impact on how GA employees work every day.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications across the full stack\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions\nBuild backend services and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails or C#/.NET)\nDevelop responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks\nDesign and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)\nDevelop automation solutions to streamline internal processes and reduce manual effort\nParticipate in CI/CD pipelines and application deployments\nWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across production and non-production environments\nMaintain clear and concise technical documentation\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nTypically requires a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline.
