The ideal candidate will be Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist licensed in Iowa with NBRC accreditation, with 6 months experience in an acute long term or Pulmonary clinic, with a love of servant leadership. Apply today!Main Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing respiratory care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, state and federal guideline, and the department policies and procedures.Professional RequirementsRepresents the organization in a positive and professional manner.Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.Communicates and complies with the Sweetwater Mission, Vision, and Values as well as the focus statement of the department.Complies with State and Federal Guidelines, along with Organizational Policies and Procedures.Complies with Health and Safety Standards and Guidelines.Education/Experience Requirements:Current State Respiratory Therapist LicensureGraduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory TherapyPossesses and Maintains an active CRT or RRT credential and NBRD accreditationCurrent ACLS and BLS Certification
