Develop and implement strategies, including risk assessments and timelines. Collaborate with the team to understand stakeholder’s requirements and ensure successful implementations with minimal disruption to business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on any new SharePoint capabilities. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related field 6-10 years of SharePoint Development experience Proven experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 migrations Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple migration projects simultaneously.
