This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reportingEnsure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulationsReview, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that any changes are communicated to employeesConduct inventory audits and any cycle counts required in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPerform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for any adjustments.
