To learn more about our company, please visit our website; https://www.trulieve.com Requisition ID:19289 Remote Work Available:No Job Title: Associate Inventory Manager Department: Retail Reports To: General Manager FLSA Status: Regular-Non Exempt Salary: $19.50/hourly ROLE SUMMARY The Associate Inventory Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reportingEnsure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulationsReview, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that any changes are communicated to employeesConduct inventory audits and any cycle counts required in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPerform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine, initiate, and execute subsequent corrective actionsAssume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staffand retail processes Maintain brand standards in visual merchandisingResponsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationsMaintain professional working relationships with business partnersMaintain strict confidentiality and compliancePerform other tasks that have been assigned by managementSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma requiredPrior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plusMust have prior cash handling experienceStrong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretionAble to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devicesAbility to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politelyADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a valid drivers license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background checkMust be at least 21 years of ageMust function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agenciesMust be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitudePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spacesAccurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devicesFrequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the positionOccasionally required to remain in a seated positionWORK SCHEDULE Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs.
