This individual will provide critical support during go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production operations while ensuring continuity after HealthEdge transitions off the program. The role requires a blend of Blue Card business knowledge, HealthRules configuration experience, and troubleshooting expertise to support production stability, issue resolution, and operational readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfiguration Ownership\nOwn Blue Card-related configuration activities within HealthRules Payor.\nMaintain & update Blue Card configuration components following HealthEdge knowledge transfer.\nSupport configuration changes required for regulatory, operational, and business needs.\nValidate configuration updates through testing and production readiness reviews.\nProduction Support\nServe as primary escalation point for complex Blue Card production issues.\nDiagnose and resolve configuration-related defects impacting claims processing.\nSupport September/October go-live and post-go-live stabilization activities.\nPartner with AMS, Operations, BPO, and Vendor teams during issue resolution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Claims Operations, Testing, Product, and HealthRules teams.\nProvide guidance to offshore and onshore support resources.\nSupport knowledge transfer initiatives and operational documentation.\nAssist in defining the long-term Blue Card support operating model.\nRisk Management\nIdentify operational risks associated with configuration changes.\nSupport continuity planning as HealthEdge resources transition off the engagement.\nCreate and maintain support runbooks and troubleshooting guides.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n7+ years of healthcare payer experience.\n5+ years of Blue Card experience.\n5+ years of HealthRules Payor (HRP) experience.\nExperience supporting production claims processing environments.\nExperience supporting large-scale payer implementations and go-lives.\nTechnical Skills\nHealthRules Payor configuration expertise.\nBlue Card configuration and maintenance experience.\nUnderstanding of Blue Card processing workflows.\nClaims adjudication knowledge.\nProduction support and troubleshooting expertise.\nAbility to analyze and resolve complex system defects.\nFunctional Skills\nDeep understanding of Blue Card operations.\nMedicare Advantage and Commercial Claims experience preferred.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with Blues plans.\nBlue Card implementation experience.\nPrior consulting or managed services experience.\nExperience leading configuration teams and knowledge transfer activities.\nDisclaimer:\nBrooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
