In this role you will help improve scalability, automation, monitoring, and security posture across development and production environments.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows\n\nSupport cloud infrastructure and infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives\n\nImplement security monitoring and vulnerability remediation\n\nManage containerized workloads and orchestration environments\n\nSupport deployment, monitoring, and incident response activities\n\nCollaborate with development teams to streamline release processes\n\nMaintain operational and security documentation\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n\n5+ years of DevOps or DevSecOps experience\n\nExperience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift\n\nStrong scripting and automation experience\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions\n\nFamiliarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks\n\nExperience supporting analytics or data platforms\n\nWork Authorization\n\nCandidates must be lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders)\n\nVisa sponsorship is not available; all required eligibility for a U.S. government contract must be met\n\nLocation\nThis role requires candidates to be located in the DMV area (Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia) and follows a hybrid schedule with on‑site presence 1–2 days per week.\n\nSalary\nFor candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $95,000 to $105,000 annually.
