Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to obtain a Polygraph.\n* *Education & Experience:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or related) with 8–12 years of experience; OR a Master’s degree with 6–10 years of experience.\n* *Agile Leadership:* Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for a technical team.\n* *Core Tech Stack:*\n* *Backend & Systems:* Python, Java, SQL/PostgreSQL, Linux, Windows\n* *Frontend & Web:* JavaScript, Django, REST APIs, JQuery, Ajax\n* *DevOps & Tools:* Git/GitLab, CI/CD methodologies\n* *Engineering Excellence:* Deep understanding of modern design patterns, coding standards, and scalable architecture.\n\n*Stand Out With (Preferred Qualifications)*\n\n* *Cloud Expertise:* Hands-on experience with multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, Oracle) and specific AWS services (S3, SQS, SNS, EC2, CloudFormation, RDS).
