This innovative company specializes in manufacturing equipment used by the world’s leading electronics manufacturers. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electromechanical components and systems—such as sensors, motors, cables, and wiring—used in cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.\nThis role involves reading and interpreting assembly drawings, using hand tools and test equipment, and following strict cleanliness and ESD protocols to ensure quality and safety. You’ll be working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment where attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are highly valued.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nAssemble and inspect electromechanical components, including cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies.\nRead and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and bills of materials.\nUse hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and other manufacturing aids to ensure precise assembly.\nPerform basic soldering, crimping, and wire harnessing while adhering to cleanroom procedures.\nDocument work processes and report discrepancies or defects.\nSupport lean manufacturing initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace.\n\nRequired Skills, Education, and Experience:\n\n6+ months of assembly experience, preferably in electronics, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly.\nAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings (please specify where this was done if listed on your resume).\nStrong mechanical aptitude and experience building electronic or electromechanical assemblies.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience.\nComfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict ESD handling protocols.\nStrong computer skills - you will be given a tablet to enter and update all work instructions.\n\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
