Hourly pay is based on experience, internal equity, and role level:Member Service Rep III – $21.00–$22.50 per hour. Requires a minimum of one-year recent teller AND new accounts expertise.Member Service Rep IV – $23.00–$25.00 per hour. Requires a minimum of two years' recent universal or personal banker experience which includes teller, new accounts, AND consumer lending expertise.Senior Branch Rep I - II – $25.50 – $26.00 per hour. Requires a minimum of three years' recent universal or personal banker experience which includes teller, new accounts, AND consumer lending expertise.
