We’re building an AI-first marketing engine — and we need someone to lead it.Role SummaryCapCenter is hiring a Growth Marketing Director to own, build, and scale the company’s AI-augmented growth marketing function. This is the senior-most marketing leader in the organization, reporting directly to executive leadership and accountable for top-of-funnel growth, brand, and the marketing P&L.You won’t just “use AI tools” — you’ll architect agentic workflows, deploy autonomous marketing systems, and build the team, infrastructure, and operating model that lets a lean lender outperform competitors many times our size. This role sets the strategy, hires and leads the team, owns the budget, and is measured on revenue contribution — not vanity metrics.What You’ll Build A high-performing growth marketing organization — internal team, agencies, and contractors — operating on agentic AI workflows Agentic content pipelines that generate, test, and optimize marketing assets autonomously AI-powered lead scoring and routing that connects the right borrower to the right loan officer at the right time Automated competitive intelligence systems that surface market shifts before competitors react LLM-driven personalization at scale — dynamic email sequences, landing pages, and ad creative tailored to borrower intent Predictive analytics and forecasting models that connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue End-to-end marketing automation that runs 24/7 with human-in-the-loop oversightKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership Own CapCenter’s growth marketing strategy end-to-end — annual plan, quarterly OKRs, channel mix, and roadmap aligned with company revenue targets Serve as the senior marketing voice on the leadership team — translating business goals into AI-powered marketing plans and influencing company-level strategy Build and lead the marketing function — hire, mentor, and manage internal staff, agencies, and contractors as the team scales Own the marketing budget and P&L — manage seven-figure annual spend, allocate across channels, and demonstrate ROI to executive leadership and the board Present performance, strategy, and investment proposals to the CEO, COO, and leadership team on a recurring cadence Evaluate, champion, and operationalize emerging AI tools, platforms, and methodologies that create durable competitive advantageExecution & Optimization Direct multi-channel digital programs (paid search, paid social, email, SEO, content, partnerships) to drive qualified mortgage leads at scale Architect and oversee agentic workflows that autonomously manage campaign optimization, lead scoring, and content generation across the funnel Own the marketing technology stack — selection, integration, governance, and ROI of every platform in use Design and continuously optimize end-to-end marketing automation — from lead capture through nurture to conversion — ensuring seamless handoff to loan officers Lead CRO and experimentation programs across landing pages, ad creative, email sequences, and full-funnel conversion points Drive SEO/content strategy using AI-assisted research, generation, and optimization to build sustainable organic channelsAnalytics & Intelligence Own marketing analytics and attribution — build AI-enhanced dashboards, define KPIs (CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS), and set the reporting cadence for leadership Deploy AI/ML models for predictive lead scoring, LTV forecasting, and multi-touch attribution Develop forecasting models that connect marketing activity to pipeline, locks, and funded loan volume Partner with capital markets, operations, and origination leadership to align demand generation with business capacity, seasonal demand, and market conditionsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) 10–15 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level or above role owning full-funnel growth strategy and a marketing P&L Demonstrated experience building or rebuilding a marketing function — hiring the team, selecting the stack, and standing up the operating model Hands-on experience building or directing agentic AI workflows — autonomous agents, multi-step pipelines, or AI-orchestrated marketing systems in production Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development as applied to marketing Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels and managing seven-figure marketing budgets with measurable ROI Deep proficiency in marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), email/CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) Advanced analytical skills — attribution modeling, forecasting, cohort analysis, and executive- and board-level reporting Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills — and the editorial judgment to direct others Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and direct reports; experience hiring marketers preferred Executive presence — comfortable presenting to the CEO, COO, board, and cross-functional leadershipPreferred Mortgage, real estate, or financial services marketing leadership experience Experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Claude, or custom orchestration Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Knowledge of mortgage compliance and advertising regulations (RESPA, TILA, fair lending) Experience scaling a marketing organization from a small team to a full functionWe offer a competitive compensation package to include base salary, medical, dental and life insurance benefits, 401K and paid vacation.
