This is a full-time, year-round position, not seasonal or by project.\nDuties:\nPerform all aspects of deck and/or other project construction, including material handling, excavation, carpentry, site cleanliness, tool maintenance, and more.\nRead and interpret blueprints and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks.\nCollaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines.\nEnsure quality control and maintain excellent customer relations.\nAdhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.\nMaintain tools and equipment in good working condition.\nRequirements:\n2+ years of construction and/or carpentry experience.\nBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.\nProficiency in various construction tasks such as precise measuring, cutting, framing, and installation.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.\nPhysical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.\nPunctual, dependable, and motivated.\nComfortable working from heights and lifting 60+lbs.\nMust have own hand tools and tool bag.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nNote: This job description is not all-inclusive.
