Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reportingDrive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processesEstablish and maintain internal controls and financial policiesCoordinate external audits and implement recommendationsSupport financial aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence and integrationDeliver financial insights to guide executive-level decisions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA preferred)Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong command of GAAP and financial reporting standardsProven analytical, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teamsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
