You will work with team members to troubleshoot software issues and develop solutions. You will support the population and maintenance of plant data associated with multiple engineering applications.You will report to the Manager - Computer Aided Design and work a hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA or Rock Hill, SC. No relocation is available.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport CAD Administration Lead in daily tasks.Plan, schedule and complete assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary requirements.Oversee the creation and development of 3D models and related engineering data. These capture design information for any of the associated engineering disciplines, such as CSA, Electrical, or Piping. This work uses several software applications, observing established project and quality requirements.Oversee creation and revision control of drawings derived from 3D models or otherwise created.Oversee data management tools used to store and maintain CAD data.Perform associated software administration tasks, communication with software vendor and approval of license usage.Work with important partners to maintain interface connections between CAD management tools and other enterprise software solutions for data collection and reporting, such as internally developed applications or other commercially available applications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural EngineeringKnowledge of CAD applications, Autodesk, AVEVA, and Hexagon-based productsTroubleshoot software issuesUnderstanding of software development techniques and processesUnderstanding of several CAD software applicationsWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
