Because it matters!\r\nMcMillen, Inc. is looking for a Revit Structural/BIM Tech III to join our Design Technology team. The Revit Team Member will work with our CAD/BIM/VDC team to take our water resource projects to the next level. This experienced structural designer will be immersed in the fast-paced water resources engineering environment, often requiring creative designs to solve complex design problems. Frequent coordination and communication with design engineers is essential to solving problems, improving processes, and completing projects on time.\r\nThe ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of structural experience preparing and developing clear, complete, and accurate designs with Revit, and (BIM360/ACC). As well as a strong background in structural drafting and modeling, with a focus on concrete and steel structures. Qualified candidates must understand the water resource industry, to include Fish Hatcheries, Hydroelectric Power, and Pump Storage.\r\nPreferred locations for these positions are Boise, ID, Kirkland WA, Denver, CO.\r\nResponsibilities Manage Revit projects & coordinate with project teams.\r\nCreate Revit content: families, schedules, sheet creation, components in accordance with standards and desired outcomes.\r\nMust have knowledge of Structural discipline.\r\nActively participate in projects by providing support through all phases of design and delivery process.\r\nThe ability to work and collaborate with Revit, and Civil 3D within a master model.\r\nMust be able to manage multiple assignments, remain highly organized, and produce products at a fast pace, while maintaining high quality standards.\r\nPreferred candidates will have worked on water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, and hydropower facilities or similar Structural projects.\r\nQualifications Proficiency with Autodesk's Revit is required.\r\nProficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)\r\nProficient with Navisworks and 3D coordination is required\r\nProficient with AutoCAD\r\n3–5 years of experience in structural drafting/modeling with a focus on steel and concrete structures.\r\nPrevious experience Structural Concrete/3D Rebar Design, Structural Steel Design, and Connections in Revit.\r\nTechnical or vocation program completion with focus in design and drafting; AA/AS preferred\r\n10 years experience preferred as a multi-discipline designer\r\nKnowledge of Dynamo or Python for Revit.\r\nExperience in water resources.\r\nMust have good technical writing and professional communication skills\r\nProficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)\r\nAbility to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members on a variety of concurrent projects.\r\nCompensation Package Pay Range: $42.00 - $61.00 hr(DOE)\r\nBenefits: McMillen provides a full Benefits Program comprising medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, EAP, 401(k) and match, 9 paid holidays, generous PTO, opportunity for stock ownership, and wellness reimbursement.\r\nWho we are McMillen, Inc. designs and builds solutions that shape the future of water resources.
