This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Python, microservices, system design, and cloud technologies, with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams without direct people management.\n\n10–15 years of hands-on experience in Python Data Processing development.\nExperience with AWS cloud services(S3, SQS, ECS, Lambda, Athena, etc).\nStrong knowledge of Data processing , Event Driven System and Multiprocessing concepts.\nStrong knowledge with libraries like pip, venv, pandas, pyarrow, boto3, awswrangler, s3fs, multiprocessing\nExperience with Large Data set handling & processing in optimal and performance efficient manner.\nWriting unit tests using framework like PyTest or other libraries.\nProficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB).\nExperience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.\nAbility to influence technical decisions without people management responsibility.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTechnical Ownership\n\nAct as the primary technical expert and go-to specialist for Python-based applications and services.\nOwn the architecture, design, and implementation of complex backend modules and microservices.\nMake high-impact technical decisions on frameworks, integrations, performance, and scaling.\n\nHands-On Development\n\nWrite high-quality, performant, and maintainable Python code for Data processing using Pandas, Pyarrow, Multiprocessing , Boto 3, Unit testing using PyTest.\nBuild robust data processing modules, REST APIs and async services.\nOptimize system performance, reliability, and resource usage.\n\nArchitecture & System Design\n\nDesign scalable distributed systems, API ecosystems, and event-driven architectures.\nDefine technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural patterns.\nConduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new tools, libraries, and technologies.\n\n4.
