As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a hands-on, mechanically inclined team member to help us build and assemble our machines with precision and pride.\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler / Mechanic with strong mechanical aptitude to help assemble case packers, grid packers, and related equipment. You’ll work closely with our engineering and shop team to bring our machines from concept to finished product.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble case packers, grid systems, and subcomponents from blueprints or CAD drawings.\nRead and interpret mechanical schematics, drawings, and bill of materials.\nPerform mechanical fitting, drilling, tapping, and fabrication work as needed.\nTroubleshoot and adjust mechanical assemblies during build and testing phases.\nWork collaboratively with engineers, welders, and technicians to complete builds on time.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nQualifications:\n3+ years of mechanical assembly, machine building, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.\nExperience with tools such as drills, taps, saws, grinders, pneumatic tools, etc.\nAbility to read technical drawings and follow detailed assembly instructions.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\nWelding and/or electrical knowledge is a plus (but not required).\nMust be punctual, dependable, and a team player.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive pay based on experience.\nFull-time hours with consistent, hands-on work.\nOpportunity to grow with a fast-moving and innovative company.\nSupportive team environment with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.\nTo Apply:\nSubmit your resume and a brief note about your experience with mechanical work or equipment assembly.
