These reviews are in place to ensure compliance with all Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManages and streamlines operational processes for the Partner Quality Support team, to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with Pathward, Network and Regulatory guidelines.\nDevelops and manages review processes for the team, such as self approval, disputes, KYTP/CDD, CIP, prelaunch testing, and periodic reviews.\nWorks with our marketing material review vendor to request and test enhancements to the system to simplify and optimize the marketing material review process.\nAssists in and monitor the use of the marketing submission tool that Partners and Marketing Review Analysts utilize.\nEnsures marketing materials are reviewed against work papers to ensure adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines and regulations.\nUpdates work papers and ensuring they are up to date when there are changes to any guidelines or regulations.\nDevelops and manage periodic review schedule and process for Partners fee, website, and overdraft protection reviews.\nOwns procedures and documentation for assigned processes, ensuring they remain up to date and are accurate.\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams including TPR, IT, BSA & Compliance, to ensure alignment of operational processes with regulatory requirements.\nProvides training and support to team members on new processes, tools, and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nTypically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nProject management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $24.00 hourly – $40.30 hourly\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
