Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:\n\nEvaluate and sign-out lift trucks prior to use by assessing condition and defined specifications in accordance with Rocky and OSHA standards.\nLoad, pick and unload inventory onto or off racks, pallets, skids, conveyers and or lifting devices.\nUse the warehouse management system to locate, scan, and pull inventory.\nDocument put-away and task information to assure proper tracking and inventory information is completed.\nRead production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.\nMove materials and items from receiving or storage areas or to shipping or other designated areas.\nSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.\nAssist shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks.\nPerform routine inspection on equipment and refer needed repairs to supervisor.\n\nQualifications\n\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); three (3) months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nBeginner level of experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.\nAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance, instructions; and procedure manuals.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.\nAbility to use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with both hands and arms; talk and hear.\nAbility for prolonged standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing.\nLifting to a maximum of seventy-five pounds (75 lbs.), with frequent lifting and carrying of up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.).\nGood eye/hand coordination.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
