Client Overview:Our client is seeking an additional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They boast an excellent training and team environment, and growth and development throughout the organization.Salary/Hourly Rate:$20/hrPosition Overview:The Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by handling a high volume of inbound calls, accurately routing callers, and efficiently scheduling and managing service appointments.Responsibilities of the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:Provide consistently outstanding service to internal and external guests by setting a professional, guest-focused first impression.Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a high-volume environment.Gather caller information, identify needs, and route calls to the appropriate dealership, department, or individual.Use active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve routine caller needs. Escalate calls according to guidelines when management is requested, a complaint requires follow-up, or a request falls outside standard procedures.Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish-speaking is required).Strong customer service and communication skills.Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous verbal communication.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:* 6 months to 2 years of customer service, receptionist, or call center experience is preferred.* Hospitality industry or guest service experienceEducation Requirements:* High school diploma is required.Benefits:* Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
