They are comfortable working with both frontline employees and senior leaders and can navigate a dynamic environment with professionalism and discretion.\r\nKey Responsibilities: Executive Support\r\nManage the President's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.\r\nPrioritize incoming requests, communications, and commitments.\r\nPrepare agendas, meeting materials, reports, and presentations.\r\nDraft correspondence, announcements, and internal communications.\r\nTrack action items and ensure follow-through on commitments.\r\nServe as a gatekeeper and facilitator for leadership communications.\r\nOperational Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities among Treeline's six divisions.\r\nMonitor key projects and strategic initiatives.\r\nTrack deadlines, priorities, and organizational commitments.\r\nSupport problem-solving efforts by gathering information and coordinating stakeholders.\r\nHelp improve systems, workflows, and administrative processes.\r\nFacilitate communication between division leaders and executive leadership.\r\nStrategic Initiative Support: Assist with strategic planning processes and growth initiatives.\r\nConduct research and prepare briefing materials for new opportunities.\r\nSupport acquisition, expansion, and development projects as needed.\r\nMaintain project tracking systems and implementation plans.\r\nHelp ensure organizational alignment around strategic priorities.\r\nMeeting and Leadership Support: Coordinate leadership meetings and company-wide events.\r\nPrepare agendas and record key decisions and action items.\r\nFollow up with responsible parties to ensure accountability.\r\nHelp maintain transparency and communication throughout the organization.\r\nCulture and Employee Engagement: Support Treeline's transition toward a shared leadership culture.\r\nHelp facilitate communication between leadership and employees.\r\nAssist with employee recognition, engagement, and organizational initiatives.\r\nModel professionalism, collaboration, and respect in all interactions.\r\nAdministrative Management: Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documentation.\r\nDevelop and improve administrative systems and procedures.\r\nManage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.\r\nAssist with special projects as assigned.\r\nRequirements: Qualifications: Required\r\nBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience\r\n5+ years of executive support, operations, project management, or business administration experience.\r\nExceptional organizational and time management skills.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\r\nHigh level of integrity and discretion.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business software.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.\r\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\r\nPreferred: Experience supporting a business owner, CEO, or senior executive.\r\nExperience in a multi-division or entrepreneurial company.\r\nBackground in operations, project management, or business administration.\r\nExperience coordinating teams and driving accountability.\r\nFamiliarity with organizational development, continuous improvement, or employee-centered leadership models.\r\nPersonal Characteristics: The ideal candidate will be:\r\nHighly proactive and self-directed.\r\nCurious and eager to learn the business.\r\nCalm under pressure.\r\nDetail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.\r\nComfortable interacting with employees at all levels.\r\nSkilled at building trust and relationships.\r\nAdaptable and willing to grow with the organization.\r\nPassionate about helping people and organizations succeed.\r\nRequirements: Teachable, motivated attitude\r\nHigh School Diploma\r\nValid Driver's license\r\nPhysical Demands: Work is performed while standing, sitting and or walking.\r\nRequires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.\r\nRequires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.\r\nRequires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.\r\nRequires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights, up to 25 pounds.\r\nWork Environment: Working conditions are normal for an office environment.\r\nWork may require occasional evening or weekend work.\r\nSchedule: Monday -
