This position will serve in a dual-capacity role, providing project management leadership while also supporting operational, analytical, and program requirements across multiple task areas. The Project Manager will coordinate personnel, schedules, deliverables, quality, and stakeholder requirements while helping ensure successful execution of contract objectives.\n\nLocation: Arlington, VA / Onsite\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport day-to-day management and execution of program requirements across assigned task areas\nCoordinate personnel, schedules, deliverables, priorities, and Government requirements\nServe as a primary interface with Government stakeholders and support resolution of operational and performance issues\nMonitor contract performance, schedules, staffing, risks, quality, and deliverable requirements\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, status reports, action trackers, risk logs, and other program management artifacts\nCoordinate activities across multiple functional areas and ensure requirements are properly assigned, monitored, and completed\nSupport development and implementation of quality control processes\nReview reports, briefings, analyses, and other deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness\nTrack Government taskings, due-outs, milestones, and corrective actions through completion\nSupport staffing, onboarding, workforce coordination, and continuity of operations\nParticipate in Government meetings, program reviews, working groups, and stakeholder engagements\nPrepare and present program status, risks, issues, accomplishments, and recommendations to leadership\nEnsure project activities remain within authorized contract scope\nSupport operational planning, analysis, reporting, and other mission requirements\nMaintain effective communication among Government, contractor, and other program stakeholders\nRequired Skills:\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting Federal, DoD, military, program management, operations, policy, administration, analysis, or compliance activities\nDemonstrated project or program management experience supporting multiple workstreams, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders\nExperience working directly with Government customers and senior stakeholders\nExperience managing project performance, risks, schedules, quality, and deliverables\nExperience preparing status reports, executive briefings, project schedules, and management documentation\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Science, or related field\n\nClearance:\n\nActive Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance\n\nCertifications / Tools:\n\nMicrosoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams\nProject management and task tracking tools\n\nSkills:\n\nStrong project and program management capabilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills\nAbility to identify project risks and recommend corrective actions\nDesired Skills:\n\nExperience:\n\nPrevious Federal or DoD program experience\nExperience supporting complex operational or mission-focused programs\nEmergency management, continuity, readiness, or operational planning experience\nExperience coordinating with Federal, state, local, military, or interagency stakeholders\n\nCertifications / Tools:\n\nPMP certification\nExperience with Federal or DoD task management systems\n\nAt Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
