Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, statistical fluency, and a passion for using data to improve performance and decision-making. An interest in golf and a desire to apply technical expertise to enhance the golfer experience are highly valued.Projects May Include Supporting the development and enhancement of Ballnamic, WebFit, PING Co-Pilot, and related fitting applications Analyzing golfer, club fitting, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Developing algorithms, models, and analytical tools that support fitting recommendations Evaluating data quality, performing statistical analyses, and presenting findings to stakeholders Assisting with user testing and validation of fitting technologies and applications Collaborating with engineers, fitters, and product teams to improve fitting experiences and outcomes Supporting research initiatives focused on golfer performance, equipment optimization, and custom fitting best practicesAdditional Information A minimum of 2 years of college coursework must be completed before the internship begins You must be willing to dedicate at least 8 weeks (40 hours per week) to the internship The internship requires you to be onsite in Phoenix, ArizonaPING will be accepting applications through October 16 with interviews and final selections by year end.
