We strive to provide customer service that goes above and beyond the standard.Click here to view our Benefits SnapshotJob OverviewAs a Clean-Up Personnel team member within the Maintenance Department, you will play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the building, including office spaces, production areas, and common areas. Core duties include performing routine cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and managing filter changes and washing, along with other maintenance-related cleaning responsibilities.ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)Complete assigned daily tasks accurately and on schedule.Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all floors.Change and wash filters in AC units, RoboVents, and RTUs.Collect and dispose of garbage and cardboard in designated compactors.Maintain clean and orderly offices, shop, and common areas to support efficient operations.Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, showers, windows, and mirrors.Wipe down tables and chairs in common areas.Restock supplies such as soap and paper products and request additional inventory as needed.Assist with set-up for employee lunches, meetings, and appreciation events.Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and company needs.Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific safety requirements.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Must pass required background check and drug screen.Preferred SkillsExcellent work attendance and attitudeDemonstrate teamwork by working well with others, offering assistance, responding positively to constructive feedback.Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar roleKnowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliancesKnowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous componentsAttention to detail and conscientiousnessLeadership ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have leadership responsibilities.Travel RequirementsThis position may occasionally require travel between Robinson facilities.At Robinson, we value professionalism, expertise, and a dedication to craftsmanship.
