Potential work responsibilities include:\nDesign, implement, test, debug, and document complex software applications.\nWrite efficient, modular, and well-documented software code.\nCoordinate with teammates to define and implement software requirements.\nReport on software development status as well as demonstrate software to customers.\nFulfill NLign product quality by tracking defects reported by internal users and customers.\nNLign has a long history of working with co-op and intern students to help them achieve their professional goals. Many of our full-time engineers began their careers with NLign as co-ops or interns. We know first-hand the importance of providing co-ops and interns with high-quality learning experiences tailored to the individual’s goals.\nResponsibilities:\nAt NLign, co-op and intern students get the opportunity to work closely with our researchers to help develop and implement cutting-edge technology. The specific tasks will vary based on the project and the individual’s skills, interests, knowledge, and aptitude, but will involve developing innovative solutions to solve customer problems.\nRequirements:\nRequired Qualifications:\nPermanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future.\nHave a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.\nBe currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.\nPreferred fields include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualification:\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nExperience with a programming language, especially C++, JavaScript, and Java.\nExperience with Software Development Lifecycle.\nUnit testing tools and methodologies knowledge, and experience.\n\nAbout the Company:\nNLign Analytics is a rapidly growing aerospace and defense technology organization dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative solutions that solve complex customer challenges.
