In this role, \"senior\" carries a meaningful technical mentorship\r\nexpectation — the candidate is expected to actively pro-actively lead,\r\nguide, and cultivate the technical growth of peers and junior developers\r\nthroughout all phases of delivery.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n• Gathers and analyzes the requirements from various users.\r\n• Utilizes established development tools, guidelines and conventions\r\nincluding but not limited to ASP.NET, C#/.NET Core, T-SQL/EF Core, Angular,\r\nAzure (or equivalent cloud platform), HTML, JSON, CSS, and\r\nJavaScript/TypeScript\r\n• Leverages AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or\r\nsimilar) and agentic workflows throughout the full software development\r\nlifecycle — from requirements analysis and architecture through coding,\r\ntesting, deployment, and documentation.\r\n• Designs, codes, and tests cloud-native and cloud-first web applications\r\nand solutions, including containerized workloads, serverless functions, and\r\nmanaged cloud services; supports on-prem solutions where required.\r\n• Enhances existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an\r\naction plan, and identifying areas for modernization, cloud migration, or\r\nimprovement.\r\n• Maintains existing software systems by identifying and correcting software\r\ndefects.\r\n• Investigates and develops skills in new technologies, including emerging\r\nAI/ML capabilities, cloud services, and agentic development patterns;\r\nstays current with industry trends.\r\n1\r\n• On occasion, writes reports on adoption of new technology, including AI\r\ntooling and cloud platform capabilities.\r\n• Creates problem prevention strategies for the project, or any other aspect\r\nof the work in the office.\r\n• Creates project documents such as project definition documents, business\r\nrequirements, functional specifications, requirements and deliverable\r\nplans.\r\n• Analyzes and designs solutions to meet requirements; writes technical\r\nspecifications; develops applications; and works with quality assurance\r\nteams throughout delivery of features, patches, and final releases. Designs,\r\ncodes, tests, debugs and documents solutions throughout the entire\r\nprocess, applying AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve quality\r\nand throughput.\r\n• Provides system training for administrative, professional, and staff on the\r\napplicable system and procedures including software, components of the\r\nsystem, how to integrate and use software applications and overall\r\nprocesses.\r\n• Actively mentors and cultivates the technical skills of junior and mid-level\r\ndevelopers; leads code reviews, pair programming sessions, and\r\nknowledge-sharing initiatives; fosters a culture of continuous learning within\r\nthe team.\r\n• Assists business areas in identifying and determining the business direction\r\nand potential areas of improvement.\r\n• Works with business users on the design, testing, and implementation of\r\nsolutions; works with third-party vendors.\r\n• Manages implementation of business solutions such as the release of\r\nsoftware/enhancements, process changes, and end-user training and\r\ndocumentation.\r\nQualifications\r\n• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or\r\nInformation Systems or equivalent experience.\r\n• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in design, architecture, implementation,\r\nand deployment of application solution platforms, with a demonstrated\r\ntrack record of technically leading and mentoring other developers.\r\n2\r\n• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP\r\nacceptable) including compute, storage, networking, identity, and\r\nmanaged services; experience designing and deploying cloud-native\r\narchitectures (microservices, containers, serverless).\r\n• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI development tools (e.g., GitHub\r\nCopilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and agentic workflows into daily\r\ndevelopment and SDLC practices — not just awareness, but active, habitual\r\nuse.\r\n• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Bicep,\r\nTerraform, ARM templates), and DevOps practices in a cloud environment.\r\n• Ability to troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and cloud platform\r\nproblems.\r\n• Ability to perform research and evaluate emerging technologies, including\r\nAI/ML services and cloud-native tooling.\r\n• Strong technical communications skills, willingness to ask questions,\r\nchallenge the process and seek out answers.\r\n• Solid knowledge of agile project processes and the software development\r\nlife cycle.\r\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\n• Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task, ability to work with\r\nminimal supervision.\r\n• Strong Experience with relational and document-based databases (Ex.
