In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, transporting, storing, and staging raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while supporting efficient ShippingReceiving and Production operations.\nThis is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy, workplace safety, Responsibilities\nReceive, inspect, stage, and organize incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods\nTransport ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies to production areas as needed\nDeliver finished pallets from Production to the ShippingReceiving Department while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately\nPerform inventory cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records\nEnsure proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and accurate product counts\nStack, stage, restack, and rebuild pallets as needed to support safe and efficient material handling\nClean the exterior of ingredient containers, packaging, and finished goods before they enter production or are shipped\nOperate forklifts, electric counterbalance reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently\nInspect material handling equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns\nOperate cardboard baling equipment safely to prepare recyclable materials\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nFollow all company policies and procedures, including:\nGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)\nHACCP\nFood Safety standards\nEmployee Handbook policies\nAdditional company procedures as assigned\nWork collaboratively with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Sanitation, and ShippingReceiving personnel to support efficient operations\nParticipate in cross-training and perform additional duties as assigned\nQualificationsRequirements\nPrevious ShippingReceiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred\nForklift certification (Electric Counterbalance Reach Truck) preferred or the ability to become certified\nExperience operating forklifts, electric counterbalance reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks preferred\nBasic math skills required\nAbility to read, write, and understand basic instructions and warehouse documentation\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to accurately complete inventory and material movement documentation\nStrong work ethic with a commitment to safety, food safety, and quality\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nWillingness to cross-train in other ShippingReceiving and Production functions\nReliable attendance and punctuality required\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift\nFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed\nAbility to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nSchedule\nFull-time positions available\nOpenings available on 1st Shift\nOvertime may be available based on
