Manufacturing Floater

Job Description This position is a shop floater/support role that will assist multiple departments including fabrication, painting, assembly support, and shipping for a company that manufactures custom dog grooming tables and tubs. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed to help production flow smoothly.Responsibilities Include:Assisting fabrication team with prepping parts for assemblersBending parts on press brakeSanding stainless steel componentsCutting stainless steel materialsSupporting paint and finishing operations as neededAssisting with packaging, shipping, and moving completed productsHelping maintain organization and workflow throughout the shopWorking within a highly skilled team to produce high-quality custom productsMonitoring and maintaining quality control standardsFollowing all shop safety protocols 100% of the timeMeeting and exceeding daily production goalsAdditional Requirements:Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help in multiple areasExcellent attendance and punctualityAbility to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and physicalAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment#hc244685
