In this focused and fast paced role, you will be responsible for proctoring eLearning labs and assisting Safety Instructors in on-site or off-site training. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.\nIn a Bilingual eLearning Lab Proctor job, you’ll be responsible for:\n\nPerforms daily eLearning lab site opening and closing procedures\nChecks in trainees and verifies identification where necessary\nEscorts trainee to assigned computer, explains the course and/or exam processes, provides necessary training material to trainees, launch course(s) for trainees, Proctors trainees and provides technical assistance\nUnderstands testing procedures for each exam and adheres to company quality and security measures\nCommunicates and Proctors trainees to ensure adherence to company policies regarding sleeping, talking, note taking, cheating, cell phone usage, and others as determined\nVerifies trainee scores and posts results when required\nReports unethical trainee behavior to management\nResponsible for maintaining professional and clean eLearning labs\nEnsures an adequate inventory of handouts, cleaning supplies and head sets are available\nReports all course problems or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to the Supervisor of eLearning Lab.\nAssists with the logistics of classroom preparation, training material inventory and supplies, as directed by the Safety Instructor\nAssists in the classroom training activities, including testing procedures .\nQualifications & Requirements:\nCustomer service skills are a must.
