You will be responsible for running job sites, leading a crew, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a construction crew on active job sitesPerform and oversee:Excavation and gradingPool plumbing installationConcrete forming and finishingEquipment installation (filters, pumps, heaters)Basic electrical coordination (bonding, conduit, rough-ins)Read and interpret construction plansMaintain job site safety, cleanliness, and productivityCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliersKeep projects on scheduleRequirementsMinimum 5 years construction experience (pool experience preferred)Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, and site layoutProficiency in pool plumbing and hydraulic systemsExperience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishingAbility to operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.)Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layoutsSolid understanding of job site safety and best practicesStrong leadership and crew management skillsAbility to problem-solve in real time and make decisions on-siteExcellent time management and job sequencing skillsClear communication with crew, subs, and managementHigh level of accountability and ownership of workAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Valid driver's licenseOnly candidates meeting these qualifications will be consideredPreferred QualificationsPool construction experienceCDL license ( A Plus) Experience with project scheduling and site managementBenefitsCompetitive hourly payConsistent workloadGrowth opportunities into higher leadership rolesIRS mach retirement plan Apply NowSubmit your application with a brief description of your experience.Bonus: Include a short summary of a project you've personally led.Company DescriptionAbout UsBlue Lagoon Pools is a full-service swimming pool construction and service company serving Berks County and surrounding areas.
